10 young adults looking for Summer employment took the positive step into signing up to a one day workshop with the Bolton Council of Mosques delivered by Ciara Steele from the Participation Team Bolton Council.

The workshops were designed to help individuals to complete Application forms and give interview techniques to the young people.

Young adults from the workshop put there knowledge to the test and applied for summer play worker opportunities advertised by Bolton Council. 4 out of the 5 who applied were successful and will be delivering play opportunities out in the communities this summer.

Mohammed Koya (17) who was a successful candidate said "I am very happy that I have got this job, if it wasn’t for the help from BCoM and Ciara I wouldn’t have been successful."
