Bolton's youth MP's face to face with young people at the Bolton Council of Mosques.

A group of over 10 young people attended a consultation with Bolton’s two Youth MP’s Nafisa Atcha and Zuhayr Adia organised by the Bolton Council of Mosques and Bolton Council’s Participation team. Young people from different walks of lives came to the BCoM offices to have their voices heard. Some of the suggestions that were made to the Youth MPs have included having gender specific swimming sessions, easy computer access and accessible and affordable local fitness facilities.

Youth MP Nafisa Atcha (17) said “It was a fantastic session and was very interesting to hear what the young people had to say, they gave me a right grilling!!” The Bolton Council of Mosques will continue to work with the young people and the Youth MP’s to make sure that young people are given an opportunity to have there say in Bolton .
