Partnership working; tackling issues at strategic and grassroots level has seen BCoM leading the way for many other Muslim communities in the Northwest and across England.

Preston, Blackburn, Rochdale, Sheffield, Leicester and Rawtenstall are some of the towns and cities that the Bolton Council of Mosques have shared many years of good practice with.

The latest visitors to the BCoM were from Rawstenstall with there plan of developing a youth and community centre. Youth workers and community leaders bringing together young people visited and learnt how the BCoM has developed and evolved over 15 years.
