Youth & community area
and Boardroom | BBQ Event | - The cost of the hire of the youth / community area including the boardroom is £90.00. This must be fully paid and the application form completed before the event.
- BBQs should be set up on the car park, away from the building. The location will be as agreed with BCOM.
- As part of the booking, you will be provided with 50 chairs and 10 tables. These must be accounted for, in good condition, at the end of the day.
- The hirer will ensure that the building is clean and all rubbish is taken off site on the day of the event.
- The hirer will ensure that all equipment is taken off-site after the event.
- The hirer will ensure that NO MUSIC is played in the building or the car park at any time.
- The Bolton Council of Mosques will allow the use of equipment within the youth and community area upon prior agreement.

* Above prices are for Room Hire Charges Monday to Friday. All charges are based on a 3.5 hour 'session' rate morning or afternoon. Any combination available, please enquire. Evening and Weekends Evening (after 6.00pm) and weekends will incur an additional charge of £30 per session for the costs of a caretaker to open and close the building
