The Bolton Council of Mosques have over the last five years been engaged in a progressive programme of increasing opportunities for young people, particularly from the Muslim Community to engage, enjoy and achieve. Through partnership development and capacity building, the last year has seen a significant increase in the actual delivery of projects and in participation and engagement with young people, women and girls and the wider community as a whole.
