The Leadership Development Programme is a highly successful, pioneering programme for members of the community who are making a difference. 

The course is based on the good-practice model that is run successfully by the Muslim Council of Britain at a national level.

It is aimed at interfaith organisations and leaders.

Held over four residential weekends; you can learn new skills, recognise your potential and become a better leader all whilst having lots of fun.   With qualified trainers and guest speakers, you will get a chance to develop your leadership skills, deepen your self awareness, self development and emotional intelligence.
